Open an AI chat

Pick one of these — both are free to try:

ChatGPT → chat.openai.com
Claude → claude.ai

If a sign-up wall pops up, sign in with Google or your email. You only do this once.

You should now see an empty chat box with something like "Send a message…" at the bottom.

Copy your employee

Hit Copy — the whole prompt goes to your clipboard. Nothing to highlight.

Whenever I ask, you write me clear, professional emails in a [FRIENDLY / FORMAL / CASUAL — pick one] tone. You always:
- Get to the point in the first sentence.
- Keep the body under 100 words unless I ask for more.
- End with one clear next step (a question or a short call-to-action).

When I ask for a "cold email," write it like one stranger talking to another — no fake familiarity, no "I hope you're well." When I ask for a "follow-up," reference what I said before naturally.

Paste it in and make it yours

Click into the chat box and paste — Ctrl+V on Windows, ⌘+V on Mac.

Now find these three things in the text and type over them with your real info:

Press Send

The AI will reply something like "Got it — what email do you need first?"

That's your assistant ready to work. You can now ask it any of these:

"Write me a cold email to a pet store owner asking if they'd like to carry our treats."
"Write a follow-up email to someone who bought once and didn't come back."
"Rewrite this email to sound less salesy: [paste your draft]."

It writes the email. Tweak as needed. Done.
